Zoe Yujnovich
Zoe Yujnovich was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Unilever PLC with effect from 1 March 2025. She is a member of Unilever’s Corporate Responsibility Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Non-Executive Director
Zoe is a seasoned global executive who has worked across multiple countries and industries. She brings deep experience of fast-paced transformations at scale across global businesses. She has an extensive network and experience of engaging with governments, regulators and civil society stakeholders across the world.
Zoe is currently the Integrated Gas and Upstream Director at Shell and has held various senior management positions across Shell since joining in 2014.
Prior to joining Shell, Zoe spent almost two decades in Rio Tinto, including as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Iron Ore Company of Canada.
Zoe received an Executive MBA from the University of Utah in 2004 and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Western Australia in 1995.
