Mairéad Nayager

Mairéad was appointed as Chief People Officer and a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive in June 2024.

In her role as Chief People Officer, Mairéad is responsible for Unilever’s global people strategy, global talent, culture and organisation initiatives, as well as people communications.

Prior to joining Unilever, Mairéad held Chief Human Resources Officer positions at Haleon plc and at Diageo plc.
