Mairéad Nayager

Mairéad was appointed as Chief People Officer and a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive on 1 June 2024.

In her role as Chief People Officer, Mairéad will be responsible for Unilever’s global people strategy, culture and organisation.

Prior to joining Unilever, Mairéad was Chief Human Resources Officer at Haleon where she was responsible for guaranteeing the company’s ambitions were delivered through the quality of talent and culture at the organisation.
